Refund policy

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer within the meaning of § 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB), i.e., if you are making the purchase for purposes that are predominantly not related to your commercial or self-employed professional activity, you have the right to withdraw from this contract in accordance with the following provisions.

Withdrawal right

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without stating any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the product.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification concerning the exercise of the withdrawal right before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

End of the withdrawal policy

(1) The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for which the consumer’s individual choice or specification is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer, or
  • the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in sealed packaging if the seal has been removed after delivery.
